# Maintenance Margin

Argon Protocol maintains the industry's lowest maintenance margin rate of 0.5%, which will not increase as position size increases.

If the position triggers liquidation, after deducting transaction losses, borrowing fees, funding fees, and other expenses, the remaining amount will be automatically refunded to the trader's address.
